Citygate is going a new landmark in. With its 36 floors and 144 meters, the building is the tallest office building in the Nordics. The focus is on people’s well-being—a healthier way of living and working. Citygate is environmentally certified by LEED® and WELL certified for its healthy workplaces. Citygate has a wide base with ten floors which, among other things, conference floor, entrance with the house's common reception, restaurant, café and the tenants' terrace. There is office space of up to 2,600 square meters here. The 25-story tower has 800 square meters per floor that can be divided. Construction of Citygate started at the end of 2018 and welcomed the first tenants in the summer of 2022. /Skanska.se/
The ART8 team delivered and installed all flooring materials. The works started on November 2021 and will be completely finished by 2023. The ART8 team used Bostik, Ege and Bona materials for base preparation and gluing.
